Rental of the Columbia Theatre Conference Center can include the Conference Center, Conference Center Lobby, and West Lobby usage, providing access to the cloak room, water fountains and ladies’ and gentlemen’s restrooms.

We can provide the following, upon request:

• (20) 3’ x 8’ tables
• (12) 5’ round tables
• (100) chairs
• (2) movie screens
• Lectern
• Sound reinforcement includes speakers with wired microphone at lectern

All other items must be provided by Licensee.

Tables and chairs may be configured in one of the following ways:

• Banquet style:  round tables with chairs
• Theatre style:  chairs in straight or curved rows, facing lectern and/or screen
• Classroom style:  3’ x 8’ tables and chairs in straight rows, facing lectern and/or screen

Any custom arrangement may require additional fee.
