  • taking tickets
  • handing out programs
  • assisting patrons to their seats
  • answering questions

Usher Guidelines

Serving as an usher at the Columbia Theatre is an important role, for you are often the first impression of Columbia that patrons encounter. Because of this critical responsibility, we ask that our ushers adhere to specific guidelines. We also want you to have fun, make friends, and enjoy the performances with the rest of the patrons, so dive in and enrich your life as a Columbia usher.
