Open Auditions

Calling all actors ages 13 and up to audition for Cats!

Audition dates are November 16 and 17.

Please prepare 16–32 measures of a song from the musical theatre canon for your audition. Your selection does not need to be from Cats, but it should be in a similar style and showcase your vocal abilities, musicality, character, and stage presence. There will also be a dance portion of the auditions.

For the dance audition please wear appropriate attire and shoes and be prepared to stay the whole time.

We ask that you choose to audition for both vocal and dance on the same day. If you cannot please contact katy.truluck@selu.edu.
