Kat Strohmeyer graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Design. While a student, she worked for the Columbia Theatre as a student worker and scenic charge artist, gaining hands-on experience in scenic artistry and production. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Art History at Louisiana State University. Kat is passionate about visual storytelling through design and is excited to expand theatre into the community through education and outreach. She values the collaborative, community-centered nature of live theatre and is grateful to work in such a historic and inspiring space, especially with Shadow.
