Happy Halloween from the Columbia Theatre as we celebrate the 50thanniversary of one of the greatest horror movies of all time. Based on the novel that made Stephen King famous, directed by Brian De Palma, and starring Sissy Spacek, Piper Laurie,and John Travolta, Roger Ebert called Carrie“an absolutely spellbinding horror movie.” Columbia’s Resident Film Historian, Dr. Jason Landrum, will introduce the film and share some fun facts about its making, massive influence, and enduring legacy. Free popcorn and Halloween“swag bag” included with your purchase while supplies last. This film is rated R. Anyone under age 18 will have to be accompanied by an adult.
